About the role

ALTEN MAROC is seeking a Management Controller to ensure data consistency between its time‑tracking system and SAP. The role focuses on identifying and correcting cost and production variances, supporting the finance team in delivering accurate reporting for engineering and technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze cost gaps between the time‑tracking tool and SAP, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Examine production day variances, reconcile differences, and adjust records to maintain data integrity.
• Process anomalies in the time‑tracking system and handle modification requests for consultant activity reports.
• Collaborate with project managers and finance colleagues to ensure consistent financial information across systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) in Management, Finance, or Controlling.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a similar controlling or variance‑analysis role.
• Strong command of French and good proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Practical knowledge of SAP.
• Understanding of general and analytical accounting principles.
