Core Calibration Engineer

About the role

The Core Calibration Engineer will develop and maintain baseline ECU strategy calibrations for gasoline and diesel engines. You will ensure consistency and reusability of calibrations across multiple vehicle platforms while supporting the full validation cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline ECU calibrations for air/fuel management, ignition, torque control, OBD diagnostics, thermal management and emissions.
• Perform engine and vehicle bench tests to validate calibrations under varying temperature, altitude and fuel conditions.
• Ensure robustness of calibrations across the entire usage range and participate in technical meetings and validation reviews.
• Utilize and interpret test data using tools such as INCA, MDA, Matlab and Vector.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or Master’s in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Powertrain or Automotive Engineering.
• 2‑5 years of experience in engine calibration.
• Fluent in French and technical English.
• Analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy and ability to work in multi‑site teams.
• Mobility to work in Casablanca and/or Oued Zem.
