About the role
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business functions. You will partner with hiring managers, design effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a smooth, high‑quality hiring experience for candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define workforce needs and develop recruitment plans.
- Manage end‑to‑end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Proactively source talent via job boards, professional networks, databases, and referrals.
- Utilize ATS, resume databases, and CRM tools to streamline workflows.
- Conduct candidate assessments through phone screens, virtual and in‑person interviews.
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, attrition, and compliance.
- Support employer branding and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Participate in hiring events and talent engagement activities as needed.
Required profile
- Proven full‑cycle recruiting experience (sourcing to offer).
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions under pressure.
- Strong sourcing skills beyond inbound applications.
- Fluent in English and French (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing abilities.
- Problem‑solver mindset with a track record of improving recruitment processes.
Required skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proficiency in CRM tools for candidate management.
