About the role
The Cost Controller champions property‑wide financial strategies, delivering products and services that meet brand standards while providing the financial expertise needed to implement service initiatives and maximize return on investment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and market trends to support strategic planning, forecasting, and annual budgeting.
- Monitor actual sales, wages and P&L against forecasts, identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
- Lead accounting teams, ensuring accurate documentation of profits and losses, and overseeing internal, external and regulatory audits.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, tax regulations, and appropriate internal controls.
- Communicate financial results to owners, executive committee and stakeholders, providing clear explanations and recommendations.
Required profile
- 4‑year bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- No prior work experience required.
