Country Deployment Director – Morocco

About the role

The Country Deployment Director – Morocco will lead the end‑to‑end execution and national rollout of the aiSTART platform and related AI education infrastructure across the country. Reporting to the Global Deployment Director, the role works closely with the Ministry of Education, local partners and Slangit headquarters to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption and operational continuity for schools, teachers and students.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the national deployment and operational rollout of aiSTART, managing execution plans, timelines and milestones.
• Act as the primary operational liaison with the Ministry of Education and coordinate governance meetings, steering committees and deployment reviews.
• Supervise country deployment teams, technical onboarding activities and regional rollout schedules.
• Oversee Train‑the‑Trainer (ToT) programs and national enablement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory, cybersecurity and data‑privacy requirements.
• Monitor rollout performance, identify bottlenecks and proactively address operational risks.
• Foster a high‑performance culture focused on execution excellence and ministry satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale national deployment or operational programs, preferably in the education or technology sector.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience liaising with ministries, governmental entities and multiple partners.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise cross‑functional teams and coordinate multi‑regional activities.
• Excellent governance, compliance and risk‑management capabilities.
