Country Manager – Home Appliances

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead our Home Appliances business in Morocco. You will be responsible for driving sales, expanding distribution, and building strong relationships with retailers, distributors and channel partners.

Key responsibilities

• Set and monitor country sales targets, revenue goals and profitability.
• Recruit, mentor and manage the sales and trade‑marketing team.
• Identify and capitalize on market‑share growth opportunities, including new regions and segments.
• Develop and expand distribution channels and retail presence across Morocco.
• Manage budgets, financial performance and cost‑effective operations.
• Coordinate promoters and supervisors, establishing KPIs to boost sell‑out performance.
• Report business performance, challenges and opportunities to regional management.
• Analyze product display effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 8+ years of sales management experience in Home Appliances or Consumer Electronics in Morocco.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Moroccan market and distribution landscape.
• Experience building and leading high‑performing sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Problem‑solving ability.
• Fluency in English, French and Arabic.
• Background in Home Appliances (including Kitchen Appliances).
