Creative Content Specialist (E-commerce & AI)

About the role

MarketLeap is seeking a highly creative and detail‑oriented Creative Content Specialist to lead the production of marketplace creatives across multiple e‑commerce channels. You will collaborate with Brand Managers to design product imagery, localized visuals, and AI‑generated assets that boost conversion rates on international marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑converting product images, videos, A+ content, and brand store visuals for platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, BOL, TikTok Shop, and OTTO.
• Produce AI‑generated lifestyle imagery using tools like Nano Banana Pro and craft short‑form promotional videos with AI video generation/editing software.
• Adapt and localize visual assets for different countries and languages, ensuring cultural relevance.
• Upload and maintain creative assets across all supported marketplaces, complying with technical specifications.
• Partner with Brand Managers to understand brand identity, develop mock‑ups, and iterate designs based on feedback and performance data.
• Maintain production tickets, communicate progress, meet SLAs, and identify workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating visual assets for e‑commerce brands.
• Strong understanding of how product imagery influences purchasing decisions.
• Hands‑on experience with Amazon Seller Central and marketplace image uploads.
• Ability to translate product features, benefits, and USPs into compelling visual content.
• Experience localising visual content for international markets.
