Cultural Content Reviewer (Remote, Hourly)

About the role

We are looking for Cultural Content Reviewers who can help make AI-generated content culturally authentic and respectful. This remote, hourly position lets you work on your own schedule while contributing to AI systems that serve people worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated text, images, and recommendations for cultural accuracy, sensitivity, and relevance.
• Flag content that is culturally inappropriate, outdated, stereotypical, or potentially offensive to your region or community.
• Provide regional context and suggest authentic alternatives.
• Evaluate translations and localizations for naturalness to local audiences.
• Deliver clear, structured feedback to improve AI models.
• Work independently and asynchronously.

Required profile

• Deep, firsthand familiarity with the customs, norms, humor, taboos, and values of your culture or region.
• Ability to spot cultural missteps that outsiders might miss.
• Strong written communication to explain why something feels off.
• Thoughtful, open‑minded, and consistent in evaluations.
• No formal academic background in cultural studies required.
