Customer Analyst - Automotive

About the role

Lear, a global automotive technology leader in seating and e-systems, is hiring a Customer Analyst for its Kenitra plant in Morocco. The role covers receiving and processing customer orders, managing stock and deliveries, and keeping customer relationships and performance targets on track.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders
• Track customer variations and monitor product changes, handling obsolete items and customer claims
• Control and follow finished goods (FG) stocks and organize customer pick-ups
• Manage returnable packaging availability
• Ensure delivery performance meets the required level and that internal KPIs stay on target (OTIF 100%)
• Track customer backlogs to avoid issues with customers
• Interact with customers and provide information on products, accounts and services

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) with at least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with colleagues across the organization
• Fluent spoken and written English and French

Required skills

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Effective communication skills
