Customer Experience Partner – Temporary (12‑month) – Casablanca

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Partner for a 12‑month fixed‑term assignment in Casablanca. You will act as the primary point of contact for our logistics customers, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth end‑to‑end shipment execution.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, representing customer interests within Maersk and its affiliates.
• Oversee the complete shipment lifecycle, coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders to guarantee timely delivery.
• Own and resolve customer issues, engaging relevant parties to deliver effective solutions.
• Continuously improve daily processes by leveraging detailed customer knowledge.
• Identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities for both customers and internal/external partners.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English, French and Arabic.
• Energetic, well‑organized, self‑initiated with strong coordination abilities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset, capable of handling pressure in a dynamic environment.
