Customer Quality Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer to lead the handling of customer complaints and escalations within our automotive production environment. The role focuses on coordinating analyses, driving corrective actions, and ensuring timely resolution of issues while maintaining strong communication with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire complaints and escalation handling process.
• Coordinate complaint analysis across departments to achieve efficient resolutions.
• Inform administration and production teams about newly received complaints.
• Collect and evaluate all relevant data to settle customer issues promptly.
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee sorting activity management related to quality issues.

Required profile

• Engineer diploma (BAC+5) or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of experience or internship in the automotive industry.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong data‑analysis capabilities.
• High autonomy, excellent time‑management and leadership abilities.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of quality standards: IATF16949, VDA, CSR.
• Familiarity with quality core tools and problem‑solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why’s).
• Proficiency in SAP and customer portals.
• Data analysis techniques.
