About the role
As a Customer Relationship Executive at IDEMIA, you will be the primary liaison for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth contract delivery and driving revenue from business‑as‑usual activities. You will help customers integrate new products and services while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day activities for assigned accounts and act as the first point of contact.
- Handle customer complaints, escalations, and issue resolution.
- Build strong relationships at all levels of the customer organization.
- Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business and needs.
- Support the integration of new IDEMIA products or services.
- Oversee contract and SLA management, including request coordination and implementation.
- Track performance, generate reports, and drive process improvements.
- Provide customer insights to sales teams for forecasting and updates.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer relationship or account management.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a results‑driven attitude.
