Customer Service Associate

About the role

Arrow Electronics is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Casablanca, Morocco. The role supports the Sales team by proactively managing the entire customer backlog, starting with clean order loading and continuing through backlog management, invoicing and delivery of parts to nominated customers. It also manages customer reserved inventory to meet the goals of both Arrow and the customer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the order-to-invoice process
• Communicate with customers and suppliers and deliver after-sales service to business customers by telephone and mail
• Manage and handle all backlog alerts and respond to requested backlog changes
• Work closely with Sales, Asset and Logistics departments
• Drive on-time delivery performance in line with customer and company goals
• Generate customer satisfaction and drive efficiency

Required profile

• C1-level English
• Customer service experience (sales experience may also be accepted)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Accountability and customer-oriented attitude
• Team player

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office
