About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate V to join our supply‑chain team. In this role you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure order information is accurate, contracts are reviewed promptly, and service levels are met.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate information on order status and product details to incoming customer inquiries.
- Review contracts related to orders and schedules, and process them using our online systems.
- Conduct regular account reviews to discuss on‑time delivery, backlog, and other support issues.
- Identify and propose process‑improvement opportunities and waste‑elimination initiatives.
Required profile
- More than three years of relevant customer‑service or supply‑chain experience.
- Associate degree (AA) or equivalent preferred; a bachelor’s degree in a related field may be considered for entry‑level candidates.
