About the role
As a Customer Service Executive (CSO), you will be the primary point of contact for consumers across phone, email, and chat. You will ensure fast, accurate support, resolve issues, and uphold customer satisfaction while complying with consumer protection regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure all interactions comply with consumer protection laws.
- Assist with shipments, order changes, and returns.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to improve services.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with commercial, operations, and logistics teams.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills.
- Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and satisfaction scores.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Knowledge of consumer protection regulations.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
