Customer Service Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking bilingual (French & English) Customer Service Sales Representatives to join TELUS Digital’s international team. Working remotely from Morocco, you will engage Canadian customers, promote TELUS products and services, and contribute to sales growth while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers in both French and English via phone or chat.
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored telecom solutions.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and commission goals.
• Provide high‑quality follow‑up to build customer loyalty.
• Support the long‑term growth of the TELUS Digital account.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written French and English (essential).
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience, preferably in a call‑center or telesales environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal‑oriented, motivated by performance targets, and a collaborative team player.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
