Cutting System Technician

About the role

Versigent is seeking a Cutting System Technician to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of cutting machines and preparation stations. You will work closely with engineering, logistics, and production teams to ensure that cutting systems meet customer specifications and operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Establish load and capacity studies for cutting machines and preparation stations.
• Define wire distribution and organization within traction racks and tube supermarkets.
• Update cutting databases following engineering changes (DAC, DATA).
• Participate in feasibility meetings and monitor wire/tube inventories during level changes.
• Analyze obsolete wires and tubes and recommend replacements.
• Lead preparation of new projects and technical modifications.
• Contribute regularly to continuous‑improvement initiatives and departmental KPIs.

Required profile

• Bac+2 in IT development or higher.
• Proficiency with IT tools and technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
