Data Consultant Manager

About the role

Artefact Consulting, a Casablanca-based international firm specialising in data and AI deployment, is looking for a permanent Data Consultant Manager. The role supports the data transformation of C-Level clients and manages project teams, acting as an operations leader covering HR, recruitment, innovation, agile management and industrialisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define data and AI strategy for clients across executive committees, marketing, digital, supply chain, operations, customer support and IT
• Manage high-value strategic projects: data and AI strategy, business case and valuation, data governance and operating model, scoping and deploying use cases, culture, change and adoption
• Lead and grow multidisciplinary teams of consultants, data scientists, software engineers and data analysts
• Lead business development, including responding to RFPs, strengthening client relationships and opening new commercial territories
• Structure approaches to business problems, manage project teams and ensure end-to-end delivery
• Act as a reference in areas such as strategy, data governance or data marketing, build new offers, train consultants, market Artefact and pitch clients
• Take part in external events and create marketing content

Required profile

• 4 years of experience in a consulting firm
• Experience in personnel management and a proven ability to develop young talent
• Analytical mindset, curiosity about data and technology, and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Rigor, proactivity and excellent written and oral communication in French and English (mandatory)

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Suite / Office Suite
• Project management and team leadership
