Data Scientist (AI & Analytics)

About the role

NarOcta, a fast‑growing content and marketing agency, is looking for a Data Scientist with strong AI and cloud engineering expertise to own and evolve the analytics and reporting layer of its lead‑generation ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable analytics infrastructure across multiple lead vendors and agent networks.
• Track, analyze, and visualize lead performance, identifying trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
• Develop automated ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and reporting.
• Implement AI‑powered workflows to improve operational efficiency and decision‑making.
• Build predictive models for lead scoring, conversion forecasting, churn analysis, and performance optimization.
• Integrate external APIs and CRM systems into internal reporting processes.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and operations teams.

Required profile

• Professional experience in Data Science, Analytics Engineering, or a related technical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
