Delivery AI UX Designer

About the role

As a member of BCG X, you will join consulting teams in Casablanca to deliver AI‑enhanced user experiences. The position is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on designing and shaping self‑service data products while supporting a range of software solutions for BCG’s clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with consulting and product teams to gather requirements and define user‑centric solutions.
• Apply software development methodologies to design, prototype, and deliver UX/UI artifacts.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise in visual and interaction design to accelerate project execution.
• Support short‑term proof‑of‑concepts, minimum viable products, and long‑term enterprise‑grade implementations.
• Help establish a customer‑centric design culture across BCG X initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in UX/UI design within a consulting or technology environment.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into intuitive, high‑quality user interfaces.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
