Delivery Lead SIRH / HRIS

About the role
The Delivery Lead SIRH/HRIS is responsible for ensuring the continuity, quality and performance of the organisation's HRIS solutions. This senior position coordinates multiple teams, manages the HRIS roadmap and guarantees compliance with cyber‑security, SOX and operational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate HR business teams, Business Analyst teams, RUN/BUILD teams and delivery centres.
- Manage the HRIS roadmap, backlog, incidents, changes and move‑to‑run activities.
- Ensure that cyber‑security, SOX and operational standards are consistently applied.
- Produce and maintain HRIS roadmaps, quality dashboards, application and technical documentation, and release/deployment files.
Required profile
- Senior delivery‑oriented professional with extensive HRIS production experience.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
