Demand Planner

About the role

We are seeking a Demand Planner to own a medium‑size product portfolio within Ecolab’s Global Supply Chain. The role connects production, warehouses and external partners to ensure customer demand is met through proactive planning and problem‑solving.

Key responsibilities

• Own the demand, supply or raw‑material plan to satisfy customer requirements.
• Support S&OP, mid‑ to long‑term capacity planning and material resolution.
• Manage short‑term supply or raw‑material scheduling for complex product lines or large facilities.
• Apply analytical and problem‑solving skills to navigate ambiguity and drive decisions.
• Lead or contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives using project‑management techniques.
• Build collaborative relationships across plants, warehouses and external suppliers.
• Help design new processes that enhance efficiency and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply‑chain planning, finance, marketing or analytical roles.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to influence decisions.
• Experience working cross‑functionally and delivering on KPIs.
• Strategic thinker comfortable with complex organizational dynamics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using advanced planning software.
• High‑level Excel and Word skills.
