About the role

Novartis is looking for a Demand & Supply Planner Associate on a fixed-term contract in Casablanca. The role acts as a specialist for warehouse logistics while meeting Pharmaceutical Regulatory and Corporate guidelines.

Key responsibilities

  • Master data: act as the first point of contact for requests to review, challenge and validate material, customer and vendor attributes, then execute their creation
  • Run a monthly report to check that changes are of good quality, well documented and traceable, and support related projects
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs, create reports and ensure shipments match received orders, supporting the warehouse manager
  • Manage inbound and outbound of materials and products, update the SAP database and handle technical complaints, adverse events and special cases within 24 hours of receipt
  • Distribute marketing samples where applicable

  • Knowledge of the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policy
