Detective Controller – Sales Processes (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are looking for a Detective Controller to ensure the quality and performance of sales processes within the Thermo Technology business unit of Robert Bosch Morocco. The role is fixed‑term and based in Casablanca, where you will work closely with sales and finance teams to detect, report and correct process deviations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality checks of sales processes using audit documentation.
• Identify errors, report them to responsible owners and trigger corrective actions.
• Develop and regularly update working instructions for assigned customers.
• Propose improvements to the detective‑control methodology.
• Report key performance indicators related to process quality.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, finance or accounting, or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent French (oral and written) and at least B2 level English.
• Strong orientation to quality, reliability and responsibility.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• General knowledge of SAP (advantageous).
• Familiarity with accounts receivable or billing processes (advantageous).
