Digital Content Manager – True Crime (YouTube)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Digital Content Manager to lead the daily publishing of True Crime short‑form videos on YouTube. The role is fully remote and operates under an independent contractor agreement, focusing on high‑volume content execution and performance optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Research and source True Crime topics quickly.
• Publish up to 80 short‑form videos and static posts per day on YouTube.
• Craft titles, tags, thumbnails, and descriptions using YouTube Studio to maximise discoverability.
• Perform light video edits such as text overlays, trimming, and format adjustments.
• Monitor analytics, identify trends and provide recommendations for growth.
• Adapt existing content into static graphics or short‑form formats.

Required profile

• Fluent English (B2+).
• Comfortable working with True Crime content.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage a large daily posting volume.
• Data‑driven mindset and interest in performance metrics.

Required skills

• YouTube Studio.
• Basic video editing (adding text overlays, trimming, formatting).
