About the role

NTU International is recruiting an Event Production Director for a new EU‑funded project aimed at enhancing the visibility and public diplomacy of the European Union in Morocco. The role will lead the planning and execution of institutional, cultural and professional events supporting the project’s communication strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design, organize and manage events that promote EU visibility in Morocco.
• Coordinate logistics, venues, technical equipment and audiovisual/scenic production.
• Manage relationships with external service providers and ensure smooth delivery of event services.
• Oversee event budgets and timelines to meet project objectives.

Required profile

• Higher education degree (minimum BAC+4) in event management, communication, cultural project management, audiovisual or stage production, or a related field.
• Fluency in French; knowledge of Arabic, Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and English is an asset.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in event production, institutional or cultural event organization, project management and logistics coordination. If the degree requirement is not met, a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
