About the role

The Moulim Group is seeking a Director of Store Network to lead its retail division in Safi, Morocco. The role involves defining and executing the retail strategy, overseeing store openings, and managing the overall performance of the network.

Key responsibilities

• Define, pilot and monitor the retail strategy of the group, from preparation to implementation.
• Select store locations, design layouts and manage the opening process of new retail outlets.
• Develop recruitment plans, define staffing needs, lead selection, onboarding and support of personnel.
• Participate in budgeting, financial planning and control for the retail division.
• Lead and motivate management teams, set objectives and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate material and financial resources required for store operations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business Management or a comparable commerce school.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing a SME or retail stores, preferably in the home‑appliance sector.
• Proven experience in store network development, including site selection and opening.
• Fluent in Arabic, French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of the home‑appliance market (B2C and B2B).
• Demonstrated leadership in team management, HR and financial administration.
• Experience in marketing, communication and e‑commerce environments.
