Director of Ecosystem Growth, North Africa

About the role

Circle is looking for a Director of Ecosystem Growth to lead market intelligence, brand presence, and stakeholder engagement across North Africa. You will support the company’s compliant market entry and help shape regional strategy in a rapidly evolving digital‑asset landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Gather market intelligence and develop Circle’s brand presence across DeFi, crypto capital markets, payments, remittances, and institutional use cases in North Africa.
• Identify potential market participants and ecosystem contacts; manage inbound partnership inquiries while respecting licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Business Development, Product, Policy, Legal, and Compliance teams to relay intelligence and support compliant market engagement.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution for product feedback, partnership launches, and regulatory outreach.
• Help shape regional strategy by assessing country sequencing, high‑potential use cases, and regulatory trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in market intelligence, ecosystem development, or stakeholder engagement within the crypto, digital‑asset, or fintech sectors.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing digital‑asset activity in North Africa.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with commercial, product, legal, and compliance teams.
