Director of Finance

About the role

As the Director of Finance for a Hilton hotel, you will lead all financial operations, ensuring the property runs profitably while delivering the exceptional hospitality experience Hilton is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the hotel’s financial strategy aligned with overall business goals.
• Direct the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support decision‑making.
• Serve as the primary financial advisor to hotel leadership, ownership, and department heads.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls to protect assets.
• Oversee financial reporting systems to improve accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
• Authorize and monitor all major financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payroll, and expenses.
• Build, mentor, and retain a high‑performing finance team through performance management and development programs.
