Director of Human Resources

About the role

The Director of Human Resources will join the property executive committee and report directly to the General Manager, with a functional link to the Regional Senior Director of Human Resources. This senior leader will shape HR strategy, drive talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management and employee development for the property in Rabat.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the property’s Human Resources strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead engagement survey activities and translate results into actionable plans.
• Champion talent management and diversity initiatives across the property and region.
• Oversee succession planning, workforce planning and human capital review processes.
• Monitor and promote effective use of the myHR system by managers and staff.
• Serve as a change manager for high‑impact employee initiatives.
• Represent HR at owners’ meetings, presenting retention, vacancy, satisfaction and training metrics.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with 4 years HR/operations experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 2 years relevant experience.
• Proven ability to work independently and influence senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
