About the role

As the Director of Human Resources you will lead the HR function for our hotels, shaping the guest experience through people excellence. You will develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with hotel objectives and local regulations.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent while managing labor costs.
• Lead training programs, performance evaluations, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, grievance handling, and labor contract compliance.
• Establish and enforce HR policies, manage wage and benefit administration, and ensure workplace safety.
• Develop and manage the HR budget to support hotel operations efficiently.
• Drive employee engagement, recruitment, retention, performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.
