Director of Program Operations

About the role

The Director, Program Operations leads the National Fuel Integrity Program in Morocco, acting as the primary liaison with the customer, in‑country partner and government stakeholders. This senior position is accountable for program health, contractual compliance and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the operating strategy for the fuel integrity program, aligning with global commercial and technology objectives.
• Build and lead a high‑performing, multi‑disciplinary operations team, fostering talent development and succession planning.
• Manage risk, compliance and governance, ensuring adherence to corporate policies, health‑safety standards and contractual obligations.
• Monitor enterprise‑level KPIs, drive operational excellence, and oversee audit schedules and data integrity.

Required profile

• Proven leadership of large‑scale government or regulatory programs, preferably in Morocco or North Africa.
• Extensive experience in oil & gas downstream operations, fuel distribution, logistics or terminal administration.
• Undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Petroleum Sciences or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior government officials and global executives.
