Dutch Customer Service Agent in Morocco

About the role

Join a fast‑growing project for one of Belgium's largest energy suppliers as a Dutch‑speaking Customer Service Agent based in Morocco. You will assist private and commercial customers in both Dutch (or Flemish) and English, handling inquiries via phone and email.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions about contracts, meter readings, invoices and personal data changes.
• Guide customers through the resolution of billing issues and service requests.
• Analyze annual settlement statements independently.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch (or Flemish) with working proficiency in English.
• Strong communication skills, empathy and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Computer‑savvy and comfortable using standard office software.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems and think analytically.
• Reside in Morocco or be willing to relocate quickly.
