Electrical Projects Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Electrical Projects Manager to lead the execution of electrical installations and industrial projects. The role ensures delivery with high quality, safety, and compliance while optimizing resources and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and coordinate all electrical works and on‑site execution activities.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, HSE standards, company procedures, budgets and project deadlines.
• Monitor project progress and produce regular execution and performance reports.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to achieve efficient project delivery.
• Review electrical drawings, technical documentation and installation requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, procurement and operations teams for smooth execution.
• Identify technical risks and operational constraints and propose corrective actions.
• Participate in testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and project hand‑over activities.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and best‑practice implementation in electrical execution.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 7–8 years of experience in a similar role within industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, industrial equipment and site supervision.
• Good understanding of HSE regulations and industrial standards.
• Excellent coordination, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Project‑management or electrical certifications are a plus.
