Electrical Supervisor

About the role

Eosol Group is expanding its solar photovoltaic portfolio in Morocco and seeks a motivated Electrical Supervisor to lead on‑site electrical works. You will be responsible for ensuring that all low‑voltage installations meet project specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical teams and subcontractors during installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV plants.
• Verify that low‑voltage (BT) systems, cabling, earthing, protection devices, and inverters are installed according to design drawings and applicable codes.
• Implement quality‑control procedures, conduct regular inspections, and produce audit reports.
• Promote a strong safety culture, enforce HSE regulations, and mitigate electrical hazards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track progress, manage resources, and report status, challenges, and delays to project management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, test results, and material consumption.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical installations, preferably in solar photovoltaic projects.
• Strong knowledge of low‑voltage (BT) systems and relevant electrical codes.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors on construction sites.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
