About the role

Join the Central Mass Employment Collaborative as a part‑time Employer Liaison. You will support the Senior Project Coordinator in expanding job opportunities for individuals with disabilities across the North Central Massachusetts region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic job development and placement planning activities throughout the region.
• Initiate and maintain contacts with employers at all organizational levels.
• Develop job leads across multiple industries and organizational tiers.
• Assist community partners in creating job offers, training opportunities, and employment pathways.
• Implement best practices for job search, placement strategies, and related events.
• Present program information to corporations, employment associations, and state or local organizations.
