About the role
The Engineering Team Leader will oversee the maintenance and repair of all hotel equipment at Four Seasons Casablanca. This role ensures that electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems operate flawlessly to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The leader will manage a team of technicians, coordinate service requests, and uphold Four Seasons’ high standards of quality and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Provide service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and problems, ensuring efficient, courteous, and professional resolution.
- Maintain maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons policies and safety regulations.
- Lead, train, and schedule the engineering team to ensure coverage and timely completion of tasks.
