Entrepreneur in Residence – Build New AI Business

About the role

Base360.ai is looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to create and launch a new product or business vertical within its AI operating system platform for B2C brands. You will act as a founder, leveraging the company’s funding, engineering, design, AI infrastructure, customers and executive support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑potential opportunities and define a new product or business vertical.
• Validate customer problems through research and direct conversations.
• Set product vision, strategy and go‑to‑market plan.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design and AI teams to build and launch quickly.
• Recruit, lead and grow a multidisciplinary team.
• Own growth, product adoption, customer success and financial performance.
• Present progress to founders and the executive team.
• Scale the venture into a standalone business or division.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action.
• Strong problem‑solving and product/commercial intuition.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and creating structure.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to recruit, inspire and lead high‑performing teams.
• Highly analytical with strong execution capabilities.
• Customer‑obsessed and passionate about building products people love.
• Willingness to wear multiple hats across product, sales, marketing and operations.
• AI‑native and excited about the latest AI technologies.
• Previous startup experience is valued but not required.
