Entry-Level Sales Representative – Africa (Remote)

About the role

Boxtech is expanding its Africa team and is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to work remotely. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early‑career professionals who want to start a career in B2B technology sales, focusing on IoT, GPS tracking and fleet management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new business opportunities across the African market.
• Introduce Boxtech’s IoT devices, GPS tracking solutions, sensors and fleet management products to prospects.
• Make outbound calls, arrange meetings, follow up with clients and deliver proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with resellers, system integrators, GPS tracking companies and technology partners.
• Collaborate with the technical team to capture customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and work towards defined sales targets.
• Research and compile prospect lists on LinkedIn for the Africa region.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate, entry‑level or early‑career candidate with a strong interest in B2B sales.
• Passion for IoT, GPS tracking, fleet management or related technology sectors.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Confidence in cold‑calling, meeting and following up with clients.
• Fluent in English; French or Arabic is a plus for specific regions.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working remotely.
