About the role

The Houseman supports the Housekeeping team in maintaining a clean, organized, and well‑stocked environment throughout the hotel. Working on‑site at Four Seasons Casablanca, you will ensure that all housekeeping areas are supplied efficiently and that operational standards are upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain housekeeping stocks, supplies, and amenities at required levels.
• Keep floor pantries and storage areas clean, organized, and fully replenished.
• Perform regular stock inventories and report any discrepancies or shortages.
• Set up and replenish floor pantries according to hotel standards.
• Clear, transport, and return housekeeping materials, equipment, and supplies to their designated storage locations after use.
• Assist Guestroom Attendants with operational requirements as needed.
• Ensure housekeeping equipment is properly maintained, stored, and ready for use.
• Collect and dispose of waste and recyclable materials following hotel procedures.
• Support the cleanliness and presentation of back‑of‑house areas.
• Respond promptly to requests from supervisors and managers.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is an advantage.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
