ETL Test Analyst – Talend to TIBCO Migration

About the role

SQLI Group is seeking a Test Analyst to ensure the successful migration of integration jobs from Talend to TIBCO. You will validate that all data flows, batch processes and APIs continue to operate correctly and support business continuity across sprint‑based delivery cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases for batch, file‑based and API integrations.
• Validate migrated integrations against existing Talend behaviour.
• Perform system and integration testing across multiple environments.
• Conduct data validation and reconciliation to guarantee accuracy, completeness and no duplication.
• Support business validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Log, track and retest defects, assisting with triage and prioritisation.
• Produce test summaries to inform go/no‑go release decisions.
• Validate deployments and support post‑release testing.
• Maintain test documentation and evidence for audit purposes.

Required profile

• Experience in integration or ETL testing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile delivery environments.
