Executive Assistant (French Speaker)

About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder of our organization in Kinshasa. The role demands excellent communication in both French and English, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑level administrative support to the Founder, including calendar and meeting management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries and accommodations.
- Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Act as liaison between internal and external stakeholders, screening calls and emails.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, preparing agendas and minutes.
- Handle personal tasks and errands as required.
- Support project coordination and follow‑ups.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
