Experienced Spanish-speaking Sales Representative – 8,000 DH + bonuses

About the role

Magic One Center is looking for a results‑driven sales professional who is fluent in Spanish to promote its solutions on the Spanish market. You will act as the face of the company, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach decision‑makers in the Spanish market.
• Present and adapt the company’s portfolio to meet each prospect’s needs.
• Manage the entire sales process, from need detection to contract signing.
• Maintain post‑sale relationships to ensure client satisfaction and long‑term loyalty.

Required profile

• Native‑level or bilingual proficiency in Spanish (C1/C2).
• Proven experience in direct sales, complex telesales or key‑account management.
• Result‑oriented, autonomous and highly persuasive.
• Strong command of sales techniques and CRM tools.
