Expert Operations Quality

About the role

LEONI, a global supplier of power distribution and connectivity solutions for the automotive industry, is hiring an Expert Operations Quality in Casablanca. The role covers quality management activities during samples and pre-production phases, and the validation and release of production areas and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure quality management activities during samples and pre-production phases.
• Ensure the validation and release of production areas and equipment, including approval of new equipment.
• Control non-conforming products.
• Lead and/or coach the implementation of corrective and preventive actions for internal and external failures.

Required profile

• Engineer degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial engineering, or equivalent.
• 4 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• French and English are mandatory.
• Social competences: communication, social and intercultural sensitivity, change management, target and result orientation, motivation and resilience, self-organisation, conflict management and teamwork.
