Facilities Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Facilities Analyst to join our Facilities Central Team. The role supports the company’s administrative services, handling permits, contract and vendor management, and ensuring smooth logistical operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage administrative services including permits, NTC coordination, messenger services and employee transfers.
• Oversee specialized shared services such as PEZA renewals and concessionaire selection.
• Forecast, monitor and update the central facilities budget and related expenses.
• Prepare monitoring reports and gather data for internal stakeholders.
• Lead vendor management for food and concessionaire services, conduct performance surveys and enforce contract compliance.
• Track third‑party contractor deployment, schedule adherence, equipment usage and consumable inventories.
• Supervise off‑site storage facilities and ensure proper utilization.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Experience in facilities, administrative or vendor management functions.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Attention to detail in budgeting and reporting.
