Facilities Clerk

About the role

The Khalil Gibran School Rabat is looking for a Facilities Clerk to support the smooth operation of its campus. The role involves coordinating maintenance, handling logistics, and providing administrative assistance to ensure a safe and efficient environment for students, staff and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily management of school facilities and services.
• Coordinate with internal maintenance teams and external service providers to schedule repairs, deliveries and routine upkeep.
• Process staff requests, maintain records, and support procurement and inventory documentation.
• Monitor use of equipment and resources, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Support logistics for room setups, equipment handling and school events.
• Maintain accurate documentation for service requests, inventory levels and procurement activities.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors to promote operational efficiency.
• Provide general administrative support to the Facilities/Operations Manager as needed.
