Facility Manager

About the role

Allianz Services is seeking a Facility Manager to lead end‑to‑end facility operations, infrastructure projects and technical services for its high‑performance BPO workplace. The role ensures operational continuity, regulatory compliance and ISO audit readiness while driving efficiency and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of building MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, UPS, BMS and fire‑alarm systems.
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programmes for critical assets.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise vendors and service providers, ensuring SLA compliance and quality standards.
• Review technical proposals, drawings and engineering specifications for facility projects.
• Monitor facility performance metrics, energy consumption and drive energy‑saving initiatives.
• Lead infrastructure expansion, refurbishment, fit‑out and renovation projects from planning through execution.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver MEP installations, IT cabling, power distribution and building automation.
• Perform site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with design and safety regulations.
• Maintain technical documentation, maintenance logs and support ISO audit readiness and EHS compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing facility operations and large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
• Knowledge of ISO audit processes and EHS regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills for root‑cause analysis and performance optimisation.
