Field Verification Officer – Morocco

About the role

We are seeking a Field Verification Officer to support our verification operations across Morocco. The role involves conducting on‑site and phone‑based checks to confirm residential addresses, employment details, education records, and supporting documents.

Key responsibilities

• Visit residential and business locations to verify addresses.
• Confirm employment information by visiting workplaces when required.
• Carry out education and document verification activities.
• Perform phone‑based verification with relevant individuals or organisations.
• Collect accurate data, capture photographs and field evidence using mobile applications.
• Update verification results and case details in the system promptly.
• Prepare clear verification reports within set deadlines.
• Escalate any incorrect, incomplete or suspicious information to the Operations Team.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and data privacy.
• Follow established verification procedures and manage assigned cases independently.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in field verification, background screening, banking, telecom, collections, field sales, investigation or similar roles.
• Diploma or degree from a recognised institution.
• Willingness to travel across Morocco and a valid driving licence (own vehicle preferred).
• Comfortable using smartphones, mobile applications and online reporting systems.
• Fluent Arabic; French preferred; basic English a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
