Finance Analyst

About the role

As a Finance Analyst within the Chief Accounting Office of Orange Business in Casablanca, you will support centralized accounting activities, focusing on IFRS16, IFRS15, tax, and reporting processes. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate monthly and annual financial statements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, book, and reconcile monthly IFRS16 right‑of‑use lease entries.
• Manage free share award plan accounting, including monthly MEJ and annual settlement entries.
• Perform deferred tax calculations and related journal entries.
• Execute global reconciliations and present outcomes in monthly review meetings.
• Conduct quarterly litigation and revenue (IFRS15) reviews, preparing evidence documentation.
• Produce Country‑by‑Country and annual segment reporting packages for the Group.
• Participate in internal control documentation cycles on a monthly and annual basis.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant with at least three years of post‑qualification experience.
• University degree or equivalent (minimum Bac+5).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable mindset in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
