Finance Analyst – Meknes Plant

About the role

The Finance Analyst will support Lear's Meknes plant in achieving its financial targets and long‑range plan. You will strengthen internal controls, communicate financial and operational issues efficiently, and help improve decision‑making processes across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the operations team to meet quarterly plant budget and forecast.
• Achieve material and variable margin targets while controlling scrap and inventory.
• Provide daily operational and financial KPI reporting.
• Support CAPEX tracking and ensure expenditures align with approved purchase orders.
• Deliver accurate financial data to Business Planning & Analysis (BP&A).
• Improve customer pricing control and overdue follow‑up.
• Coordinate external audit requirements and communications.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Accounting, Finance or Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar finance analyst role.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
